Below is a list of upcoming events which Biological Tree Services, and members of its staff will be attending.
Friday, March 12, 2010, the Organic Living Fair, presented by
Grant's Gardens,
9:30am-3:00pm Joan Durante Park, 5550 Gulf of Mexico
Drive, Longboat Key. Local organizations and businesses will
provide education on sustainable landscaping, water
conservation, and other organic living products and services.
Home owner’s and Associations will learn the best exterior
landscape choices to minimize loss, and maximize maintenance and
water usage. Cash and Carry organic products and Farmer’s
Market will also be available. Exhibitors/Vendor’s may call
Sandy at 941.232.0623 to inquire about participation.
March 20, 2010: Biological Tree
Services and staff will be attending the 4th annual Sarasota SpringFest! It’s a Family Expo celebrating the community of Sarasota
promoting local services and products and raising awareness for
the Child Protection Center. There will be tons
of family oriented activities, as well as exhibits from G Wiz

July 18-24, The 2010 STIHL Tour Des
Trees. BTS owner, Tammy Kovar, will be
attending the 2010 STIHL
Tour Des Trees for the third consecutive year.
The event is the largest annual fundraiser for the TREE Fund,
which is
currently the leading non-governmental source of funding for
research and education programs in the field of arboriculture
(the science of cultivating and managing trees in a landscape).
Their mission is to identify and fund projects and programs
which advance knowledge in the field of arboriculture and urban
forestry to benefit people, trees and the environment. The
foundation has distributed more than $6 million to date, in the
form of scholarships and research grants to students and
professionals in the industry.
